Building Inclusive Peace in Sudan (BIPS) Project RFQ
DT Institute invites qualified experts to submit quotations for the role of Counter-Narrative External Trainer under the Building Inclusive Peace in Sudan (BIPS) Program. The selected trainer will design and deliver specialized training to youth activists, journalists, and content creators on countering hate speech, disinformation, and digital propaganda. The trainer will also provide technical mentorship and support the development of community-driven counter-narrative initiatives. Applicants should have proven experience in media literacy, digital security, AI-driven social media monitoring, and peacebuilding in conflict-affected environments. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. Interested applicants must submit a technical and financial proposal, CV, past performance references, and a work plan.
